Job summary

Metrea seeks a data-focused professional to own the business logic and semantic data layer for enterprise reporting. You will craft SQL views across systems, merge data in our data lake, and transform it into dashboards for management of Capability Areas and FILES.

The role requires 3–5 years in data analytics, Power BI, SQL, and Azure, with familiarity in D365 Finance & Operations data. A hybrid, on-site position in the UK with 3 days in-office is offered, plus a range of benefits.

Qualifications

BSc or higher in CS/IS/Math or related field.
3–5 years of hands-on data analytics, BI, or data engineering experience.
Experience creating analytics-ready data models and dashboards.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain curated data models for enterprise reporting.
Define KPIs and data definitions to ensure consistent reporting.
Build and optimize Power BI reports, dashboards, and datasets.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable data solutions.
Ensure data quality, lineage, and documentation for analytics assets.
Inventory and govern analytics assets to improve discoverability and reduce duplication.
Provide guidance on data definitions and business rules across domains.
