Job summary

Metrea seeks a data analytics professional to own the business logic and semantic data layer for enterprise reporting. You will write SQL views to merge data across systems in our data lake and transform it into dashboards enabling Metrea to manage capabilities and files.

The role emphasizes designing analytic data models, standardizing KPIs, and ensuring data quality across Power BI reports. Hybrid work with strong data governance is offered.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of related technical experience.
• BSc in a relevant field preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proven ROI estimation ability.
• 3+ years of PowerBI reporting and SQL development.
• 2+ years of Azure exposure.
• Experience with D365 F&O data for Power BI.
• Strong data analysis and attention to detail.
• Ability to set priorities and deliver with minimal direction.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain curated Gold-layer data models for analytics-ready data.
• Define and govern KPIs and data definitions for consistent reporting.
• Design and implement dimensional models and star schemas for analytics.
• Translate requirements into scalable data models, transformations, and reporting.
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure data quality and alignment with needs.
• Design and optimize datasets and semantic models for Power BI performance.
• Document data definitions, rules, lineage, and model relationships.
• Inventory and organize Power BI reports, dashboards, datasets to improve governance.
