Qualifications

• Significant experience leading enterprise transformation projects or large-scale programme delivery.
• Proven ability to own business cases, benefits frameworks and post‑implementation value measurement.
• Experience transitioning programmes from outsourced to in‑house delivery.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen with investment case skills.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders across Finance, Shared Services, Tax or Transformation.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills with ability to produce executive‑ready materials.
• Experience leading distributed teams across complex stakeholder environments.

Responsibilities

• Own value realisation for WPP’s Enterprise AI portfolio, delivering measurable outcomes and ROI.
• Develop and maintain business cases, benefits frameworks and adoption metrics for leadership.
• Lead adoption and long‑term sustainability of AI solutions after go‑live.
• Transition AI opportunities from pipeline into permanent in‑house ownership.
• Establish enterprise adoption and measurement framework with baselines, KPIs and benchmarks.
• Evaluate emerging AI products and translate market developments into business recommendations.
• Manage AI Hub demand funnel and ensure prioritisation of opportunities.
• Define operating model for Enterprise AI and establish what AI BAU looks like at scale.
• Represent adoption, value realisation and outcomes at steering committees and leadership forums.
• Lead a small specialist team focused on value tracking and operational excellence.
• Collaborate with delivery, governance and business stakeholders for evidence‑led approaches.
