WRITER in London is seeking a visionary AI transformation lead to partner with Fortune 100 accounts, translating the WRITER platform into measurable P&L impact. You’ll move beyond software implementation to rethink how large enterprises work, driving AI adoption at the executive level.

This role sits at the intersection of business strategy and cutting-edge technology, reporting to the director of AI transformation.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in strategic account management or transformation consulting for Fortune 50-100 firms.
• Ability to build C-suite relationships and lead large-scale transformations.
• Mastery of change management and strategic thinking.
• Ability to set vision, define frameworks, and translate capabilities to outcomes.
• Exceptional executive presence and communication for boards.
• Curious mindset and active listening.
• Background in management consulting or strategy advisory.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of customers and lead ROI/value initiatives.
• Act as transformation partner for Fortune 50-100, define JTBD framework.
• Build and manage C-suite relationships as trusted advisor.
• Lead value realization and ROI delivery via surveys and interviews.
• Orchestrate cross-functional programs across stakeholders.
• Identify expansion opportunities with sales for cross-sell/upsell.
• Scale transformation practices with decks, frameworks, communications.
