Job summary

Mbnsolutions in the United Kingdom is seeking an AI Tech Lead to own the next‑generation platform, supervise a small AI engineering team, and drive architecture, quality, and roadmap. You will ensure production readiness and collaborate with stakeholders across the business.

You will lead production-grade AI with RAG, LLMs, and regulated data, work with Product leadership, and push features while maintaining cost efficiency in a remote-first setup.

Qualifications

• Shipped AI products beyond PoC into production.
• Deep experience with LLMs, RAG, and complex document understanding.
• Cloud-native AWS expertise, Bedrock preferred.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Own architectural decisions for the AI platform.
• Lead a nimble team of AI engineers and maintain hands-on involvement.
• Shape the roadmap with Product and Engineering leadership.
• Pioneer new AI features and optimisations.
