Job summary

Nexus Black is seeking an AI Deployment & Adoption Engineer to own the post‑sale journey from kickoff to live deployment and measurable value delivery. You’ll navigate enterprise environments, integrate with existing systems, and drive adoption with senior customer stakeholders.

You’ll work across API integrations, authentication, and cloud security, translating complex tech into business outcomes while continuously improving deployment models through AI-enabled automation.

Qualifications

• Experience working with enterprise customers in technical environments.
• Strong depth to navigate APIs, integrations, authentication, cloud environments, enterprise security.
• Experience turning proposed solutions into implemented deployments and real customer use.
• Ability to work with senior customer stakeholders and across technical and commercial teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, high curiosity about AI.

Responsibilities

• Own customer deployment end-to-end: kickoff, integration, configuration, deployment, onboarding, adoption, rollout.
• Integrate Nexus Black into customers' existing technology landscapes: APIs, endpoints, authentication, cloud environments, connectivity.
• Drive adoption by aligning deployments with customer workflows and measurable value.
• Build trusted relationships with customers, translating technical details into business outcomes.
• Work with Sales, Product and Engineering to ensure commitments translate into outcomes.
• Use AI to automate and accelerate deployment activities and documentation.
