Job summary

Sierra is seeking an Agent Strategist in the UK to translate business goals into production AI agents designed for high-volume conversations. You will own lifecycle from scope to production, and work closely with customers and engineering teams.

You'll partner with enterprise leaders, run sessions, troubleshoot, and help shape Sierra's AI roadmap while delivering measurable outcomes for clients worldwide.

Qualifications

• Clear, persuasive communication across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Analytical problem solving in uncertain, complex environments.
• Comfort engaging with APIs, data models, and system architecture.
• Proven track record delivering multiple high-visibility projects.

Responsibilities

• Own the Agent Development Life Cycle from scoping to production launch.
• Advise enterprise leaders and shape AI strategy with customers.
• Run client sessions, troubleshoot and keep builds on track for launch.
• Surface unmet needs to product and research to inform Sierra's roadmap.
