Job summary

Sierra is hiring in the United Kingdom to design and deliver production-grade AI agents that scale for large enterprises. You will own the Agent Development Life Cycle from pilot through deployment and iteration, building and refining agents in production environments.

You will collaborate with leaders at enterprises and partner with London startups to embed AI agents across their tech stacks, shaping the future of AI agent development.

Qualifications

• Experience building and scaling end-to-end production systems.
• Strong technical problem-solving skills in fast-changing, ambiguous environments.
• A builder mindset with high agency and creativity to ship.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver production-grade AI agents that are highly performant, reliable, and intuitive.
• Own the Agent Development Life Cycle from pilot through deployment and iteration.
• Build, tune, and evolve AI agents in production environments.
• Work directly with leaders at large enterprises to understand business challenges and build AI agents at scale.
• Partner with startups in London to embed AI agents across their business stack.
• Surface unmet needs from customer work and prototype new tools with research, product, and platform.
