Job summary

Sierra is looking for an experienced engineer to design and deliver production-grade AI agents that are central, revenue-driving components of Sierra's platform. These systems must be reliable, scalable, and intuitive, deployed in production environments across finance, healthcare, and commerce.

You will own the Agent Development Life Cycle from pilot through deployment and iteration, collaborate with large enterprises and London startups, and help shape the future of the platform with

Qualifications

• Experience building and scaling end-to-end production systems.
• Strong technical problem-solving in fast-changing, ambiguous environments.
• Builder mindset with high agency; ships features despite obstacles.
• Comfort working directly with customers to understand needs.
• Excellent communication across technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver production-grade AI agents that drive Sierra's growth.
