Qualifications

• Genuine enthusiasm for working directly with customers and understanding their businesses.
• Clear, direct, persuasive communication with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills to break down complex problems.
• Comfort reading API documentation, data models and system architecture.
• Experience managing multiple complex, high-visibility projects.
• Experience building/deploying AI or LLM agents in production.
• Experience as founder, founding team member, or operator.
• Degree in CS/Engineering or related field; MBA valued.

Responsibilities

• Own the agent development lifecycle from scope to launch and production iteration.
• Translate customer goals into effective agents and improve performance.
• Advise enterprise leaders by shaping AI strategies to meet goals.
• Lead customer sessions, troubleshoot issues, and keep development on track.
• Surface unmet needs and work with teams to shape product direction.
• Scope and launch agents for retention, troubleshooting, recommendations, and regulated interactions.
• Partner with product teams to develop new capabilities and architectures.
• Define agent evaluation methods and drive measurable improvements.
