Method Resourcing Ltd is seeking an AI Adoption Lead to guide a major UK Bank through enterprise-wide AI adoption and cultural change. You will shape AI strategy, build capability, and translate AI into everyday business practices across business and technology teams.

This full-time permanent role offers up to £115,000 plus bonus and benefits. You will lead the rollout of Copilot tools, develop training and enablement programmes, and engage senior stakeholders to drive measurable business value

Formación

• Experience leading large-scale technology adoption or transformation.
