Job summary

WRITER is seeking a customer success professional to own deployment and activation across a London-based portfolio. You’ll embed into client organizations, understand objectives, and design programs that turn AI investment into measurable outcomes.

You’ll partner with a Transformation lead to tailor WRITER capabilities for each use case, building champion networks, running workshops, and scaling enablement to drive adoption. This is a hybrid role in London.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of proven track record owning activation success and driving measurable adoption outcomes.
• Deep experience understanding customer use cases and translating them into workflows that drive impact.
• Experience implementing activation strategies: champion programs, office hours, dashboards, and workshops.

Responsibilities

• Deeply understand each customer's use cases, objectives, and success metrics.
• Build and co-develop custom AI solutions with customers to drive measurable business impact.
• Design and execute activation strategies that drive platform adoption and outcomes.
• Implement champion programs, trainings, and live/virtual workshops.
• Refine materials based on feedback and adoption data; collaborate cross-functionally.
