Job summary

WRITER is seeking a senior customer success professional to own activation and platform success across a portfolio. You'll embed into customers' organizations, map objectives, and build programs that translate AI investments into measurable outcomes. You'll partner with a Transformation lead to tailor capabilities and drive adoption.

This is a hybrid role based in our London hub, requiring a builder's mindset and a proven track record in activation. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 9+ years proven track record owning activation and driving adoption.
• Deep experience mapping customer use cases to workflows and objectives.
• Experience implementing activation strategies: champion programs, dashboards, workshops.
• Ability to build advocate networks and power user communities.
• Able to connect platform usage to business ROI and communicate value.
