Job summary

The Digital Recruitment Company is seeking an Account Executive to own the full sales cycle for enterprise accounts across the UK and Nordics. You will engage C-level buyers, build business cases, and close high-value deals as part of a high-growth HR tech provider.

Fluent English is mandatory; a Nordic language is a plus. You will collaborate with marketing and pre-sales, navigate complex buying committees, and represent the company at industry events.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of quota-carrying enterprise SaaS sales experience.
• Experience selling to C-level buyers and navigating enterprise buying committees.
• Proven ability to build multi-threaded relationships across prospect organisations.
• Fluent English; Nordic language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle for enterprise accounts across UK/Nordics from first meeting to signed deal.
• Develop deep expertise in Total Compensation, Sales Performance, and Performance Management domains.
• Run complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles end to end, qualifying opportunities and building business cases.
• Collaborate with Pre-sales and Marketing to create value-driven opportunity plans and sales deliverables.
• Represent the company at industry events and in the press.
