Job summary

Career Moves Group in London is seeking a mid-level UX Designer to join a global technology company's sell-side advertising platform design team. The role is based in King's Cross with hybrid working patterns, 40 hours per week, and a PAYE hourly rate of £42.31.

You will solve complex design challenges across enterprise desktop apps, mobile ad experiences, immersive ad formats and AI-driven features, collaborating with product, engineering and research colleagues to turn complex workflows into

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of UX or Product Design experience, preferably in enterprise software or digital tools.
• Degree in Design, UX, HCI, Product Design or equivalent experience.
• Advanced Figma skills including design, prototyping and developer specifications.
• Proficiency with Google Slides for design presentations.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Map user mental models and end-to-end journeys for enterprise features.
• Create high-fidelity UI designs, prototypes and developer specs in Figma.
• Apply systems thinking to connect workflows across the product ecosystem.
• Use design systems to deliver consistent, functional experiences.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Software Engineers, Content Designers and UX Researchers.
• Present design rationale, respond to feedback and refine with research insights.
