Airbnb in the United Kingdom seeks an Enterprise Account Operations Associate to support the Enterprise Account Management team and manage onboarding, rollout and ongoing operations for hotel partners globally.

You will design and execute scalable processes, own data-driven improvements, and collaborate across internal and external teams to drive partner success in a dynamic, evolving environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in account operations or related roles.
• Experience creating, improving or scaling processes and workflows.
• Comfortable working in ambiguous environments where processes evolve.
• Strong ownership mindset with proactive recommendations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets; SQL is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Support the day-to-day operational management of enterprise hotel group partners across global markets.
• Coordinate onboarding and rollout of new hotel groups and properties onto the company.
• Build, document, and continuously improve operational processes and workflows.
• Identify gaps, inefficiencies and opportunities to improve existing processes, and propose solutions.
• Manage projects involving multiple stakeholders, ensuring ownership, communication and delivery.
• Partner cross-functionally to resolve issues and improve partner experience.
• Support portfolio-level supply optimisation and platform education initiatives.
• Use data and reporting to identify opportunities and inform decisions.
• Balance multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment where processes evolve.
• Take ownership from identification to resolution with recommendations.
