• Demonstrated ability to set strategy and drive it through to execution.
• Deep experience influencing without authority across a global matrixed organisation.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication, with executive presence in front of senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own the regional growth strategy end-to-end for UKI & Nordics and translate it into actionable plans for cross-functional teams.
• Lead the operating cadence (weekly, monthly, quarterly) to provide a single trusted view of performance.
• Drive execution with named owners, milestones, and success measures across functions including supply, marketing, partnerships, policy, and product.
• Turn complex data into clear narratives and establish metrics and reporting to support leadership decisions.
