Plaid is seeking an Enterprise Account Manager to own and grow a portfolio of its largest UK & European enterprise customers. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers on product experiences and driving multi-product expansion.

You will collaborate with Sales, Product, Solutions Engineering, and Legal to execute commercial growth end-to-end. You will lead strategic conversations, develop account plans, and deliver business reviews while navigating complex organisations and regional

Formación

• 7+ years in a client-facing commercial role with enterprise relationships.
• Proven track record of renewals, expansions and multi-product growth.
• Ability to navigate complex organisations and influence at executive levels.
• Experience partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering and Support.

Responsabilidades

• Own and grow a portfolio of UK & European enterprise customers.
• Build trusted-advisor relationships with executive sponsors and operators.
• Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and deploy new use cases.
• Lead commercial conversations including renewals and expansions.
• Act as a strategic consultant with product guidance and market insights.
• Coordinate with Sales, Solutions Engineering, Product, Engineering and Legal.
• Drive business reviews, operational checkpoints, and launch initiatives.
• Develop account strategies balancing near-term and long-term growth.
• Advocate for customers to influence Plaid's product direction.
