The Role

We’re looking for a commercial, results-oriented Enterprise Account Manager to nurture and expand Codat’s largest, most complex client relationships. Reporting to Commercial Leadership, you will own the full post-sale lifecycle for an assigned portfolio of enterprise-scale customers—driving revenue growth, adoption, value-realisation, and retention. You’ll combine strong commercial acumen with deep product expertise and a consultative mindset, acting as the trusted advisor who links clients’ strategic objectives to Codat’s technology. This is a high-impact role that sits at the heart of our growth engine, shaping how global financial institutions and fintechs build on Codat to power their business banking propositions.

Responsibilities

  • Own and grow a book of enterprise accounts – build multi-threaded relationships with senior stakeholders, aligning Codat’s roadmap to their strategic priorities and creating joint success plans.
  • Be the strategic advisor – convert each client’s objectives into actionable adoption roadmaps, provide best-practice guidance and market benchmarks, and actively uncover fresh use-case opportunities. Hold stakeholders to their growth commitments, continually challenging them to reach and surpass their targets.
  • Drive data-led insights – analyse usage trends and commercial metrics to deliver actionable recommendations that improve product adoption and unlock expansion opportunities.
  • Lead seamless launches & expansions – orchestrate internal teams (Solutions Engineering, Implementation Product / Engineering, and Marketing) to deliver timely go-lives, usage milestones and upsell motions.
  • Run the business rhythm – own QBRs, account plans, weekly checkpoints and executive escalations; coordinate cross-functional resources to maintain momentum and resolve issues.
  • Champion the customer voice – capture feedback and advocate for product enhancements that maximise customer value and Codat’s competitive edge.
  • Partner on commercial growth – identify, qualify and progress expansion opportunities, owning all cross-sells, upsells, commercial negotiations and renewals.
  • Master the Codat platform – stay ahead of new releases and articulate their value to clients, ensuring they continuously realise the full potential of our technology.

What Makes a Great Enterprise Account Manager At Codat

  • 5+ years in enterprise account management or commercial sales within B2B SaaS, data or fintech environments.
  • Proven track record of driving expansion, cross-sells and renewals with complex, multi-stakeholder accounts. Experience with sales methodologies like MEDDPIC and GAP selling is a plus.
  • Strong commercial acumen—comfortable interpreting data, building business cases and negotiating at C-suite level.
  • Excellent project-leadership skills, able to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
  • Outstanding communication & storytelling, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
  • Experience in designing and selling API-based solutions, especially within financial services, lending, or payments, is a plus
