What You'll Get To Do
- Develop and refine a sales playbook to educate CXOs in Southern Europe about Shopify’s value, facilitating complex evaluations with cross-functional teams.
- Design multi-product pipeline strategies in collaboration with local marketing, sales, and partnerships teams.
- Engage with enterprise businesses across Italy, Spain, and Portugal to improve their commerce, store operations, and POS strategies.
- Provide accurate forecasting to set priorities aligned with market needs.
- Build relationships with C-level executives, understanding their challenges and opportunities.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of experimentation and growth tailored to local markets.
- Support Shopify’s global expansion, focusing on establishing a strong presence in Southern Europe.
- Lead by example, sharing expertise to inspire team success in new markets.
Qualifications
- Experience creating and scaling sales strategies for new markets.
- Ability to generate multi-product pipelines and manage complex sales processes.
- Experience with Fortune 1000 enterprise retailers or businesses, especially in commerce and POS, within Europe.
- Strong forecasting skills and a track record of achieving goals.
- Ability to influence C-level executives in large organizations.
- Proven leadership in building high-performing teams, particularly in emerging markets.
- Passion for supporting global business growth, especially in growth regions.
Language Requirements
- Fluency in English.
- Proficiency in Italian and Spanish is strongly preferred for effective engagement.
Bonus
- Experience in enterprise commerce selling, especially in D2C and B2B, and in retail POS systems, is advantageous.
