Job summary

Calderdale and Huddersfield NHS Foundation Trust invites applications from GPs with ENT experience for a General Practitioner with Extended Role (GPwER) in ENT. This part-time salaried position supports integrated ENT care across the region, with flexibility to balance primary care duties.

The role includes outpatient clinics, triage, Education supervision, and governance tasks, with up to 2.5 PAs weekly and up to 0.5 SPA for development.

Qualifications

• GP with ENT experience
• Ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team
• Willingness to undertake part-time commitment and flexible working

Responsibilities

• Participate in outpatient ENT clinics (two per week typically).
• Undertake referral triage and Advice & Guidance.
• Contribute to ENT governance and education activities.
• Provide clinical supervision and liaison with local Medical Committee.
• Work up to 2.5 PAs per week and up to 0.5 SPA for development
