Job summary

Hult International Business School is seeking an Enrollment Coordinator to guide applicants from initial inquiry through matriculation into undergraduate programs. You will engage with applicants, agents, counselors, and families, handling documents, English language requirements, and visa information where applicable.

Reporting to the Global Director of Academic Partnerships, you will join a small team of Enrollment Advisors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Proficiency in Russian, CEFR C1 or equivalent.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written).
• Familiarity with Eastern Europe and Central Asia education systems is an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a confident phone manner.
• Team player who collaborates across locations and cultures.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
• Self-driven in a sales-driven environment.
• Familiarity with Salesforce CRM is preferred.
• Right to work in the United Kingdom.

Responsibilities

• Guide applicants through the full application process from inquiry to matriculation.
• Manage applicant funnel in Salesforce CRM and prioritize daily tasks.
• Contribute to year-over-year applicant growth and enrollment conversion.
• Understand goals and challenges of applicants and show fit with Hult's program.
• Keep applicant profiles updated with notes and feedback.
• Present the program at outreach campaigns, events, webinars, and masterclasses.
• Coordinate with Enrollment Advisors to share information and progress.
