City of Portsmouth College is seeking an Enrichment Officer (Maternity Cover) to plan, coordinate, deliver and evaluate enrichment activities as part of the non-qualification study programme. The role focuses on developing students’ personal, social, and employability skills through a diverse range of enrichment opportunities.

• Support the planning and delivery of enrichment programmes.
• Liaise with curriculum staff, Careers team, Work Experience, Health and Wellbeing and Personal Tutors to provide updates on enrichment.
• Complete administrative paperwork to support programmes and enrichment activities.
• Provide ongoing Information, Advice and Guidance on enrichment.
• Create opportunities for, and promote student attendance at, added value non qualification activities integrated into the study programme.
• Design and deliver methods to collect student voice feedback using digital tech and social media.
• Seek out enrichment opportunities through external partnerships.
