Kingdom Services Group is a key partner to Morrisons Supermarkets, offering a great opportunity for an Enhanced Security Officer to join our team.

Based within our Speke Store, you will receive first-class training to become a Security Brand Ambassador for Kingdom Security, supporting the customer journey and shopping experience.

This role is ideal for an experienced Security Officer seeking career development with an industry-leading Security Service Provider.

Location: Morrisons store in Speke, L24 area.

Start Date: ASAP.

Hours: Up to 38 hours per week, shifts as per site rota: Monday to Saturday 07:00-14:30, 14:30-22:00, 11:00-17:00, and Sundays 10:00-16:00.

Salary: £13.32 per hour.

Role Responsibilities:

• First point of contact for security officers in store
• Collaborate with police and crime hubs to gather intelligence
• Patrol and monitor premises to ensure safety
• Act as a visible deterrent within the store
• Reduce shrinkage and stock loss
• Complete reports on observations and incidents
• Work as part of a team to meet customer needs
• Handle difficult situations professionally and safely

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 12 months experience, preferably in retail security
• Valid DS SIA Licence
• Conflict management skills
• Knowledge of A.S.C.O.N.E & PACE
• Full five-year employment history
• Own transport required
