What does an Enhanced Inclusion & Learning Practitioner do?
This isn't your average support role. Your role is about more than just academic help; it is about building a secure, trusting relationship that empowers the children.
As an Enhanced Practitioner, you will work collaboratively with our Enhanced Provision Teacher and external professionals to provide deeply tailored, meaningful support for pupils with communication, interaction, cognition, and learning needs. You will be the bridge that helps these bright young minds access the curriculum, build emotional resilience, and ensure their individual EHCP targets are met.
We are seeking a patient, kind, and organised individual who shares our belief in education that goes well beyond the academic. We are looking for someone with:
Our School is far more than just classrooms-it is a special place brought to life by our talented staff and incredible children. Beyond the direct impact you will have on a child's life, you will join a supportive Trust that prioritises your professional development. We offer a welcoming, inclusive culture where you are known as an individual and a learner yourself.
This development builds on the success of Hartsholme's existing in-house provision, Little Acorns, and forms part of Lincolnshire County Council's Building Communities of Specialist Provision Strategy, strengthening inclusive education within local communities and enabling more children to thrive within mainstream settings.
The hubs will provide enhanced provision for pupils with communication and interaction needs and/or cognition and learning needs, while maintaining meaningful links with the wider school community and promoting belonging, independence and positive outcomes for all.
Alongside this, we are excited to create new employment and professional development opportunities across our Trust and wider community as we continue to grow inclusive practice through our DANCE values and commitment to "Right Support, Right Place, Right Time."
We are proud to have the highest performing primary and secondary schools in our area and we are honored to have been shortlisted for the TES Inclusive Trust of the Year Award for the second year running. Most importantly, we are proud that we are improving the life chances for our children and giving them the tools and the values to lead happy and successful lives.
Our Vision is to empower and inspire children, adults and communities to be ambitious, healthy and kind, dedicated to making our world a better place. The work we do is underpinned by our DANCE values and our magnificent seven behaviours;
