Healing Academy in Grimsby is seeking a Learning Manager to lead pastoral practice within the Inclusion team, driving a restorative and coaching-led environment that boosts attainment, attendance and behaviour.
You will work with staff and families to ensure bespoke support for students, developing partnerships and using data to target interventions. The role reports to the Academy Principal and is fixed to 37 hours per week, term time plus five days.

The Learning Manager role is crucial to the ongoing evolution of pastoral practice at Healing Academy. Working closely with the Inclusion team and wider school staff, you will play a central role in driving a restorative and coaching-led environment that maximises student attainment, attendance, and positive behaviour.
You will join a collaborative team that prioritises student well-being and strong family partnerships, ensuring every child receives the tailored support they need to thrive as a successful global citizen.
