Job summary

Protocol Education Limited is recruiting an English Teacher for a specialist SEMH school in Epping. You will deliver engaging, differentiated English lessons and work with pastoral teams to support students academically and emotionally.

The role requires QTS/QTLS or equivalent and experience teaching KS3/KS4. You will join a trauma-informed setting with small classes that emphasise personalised support and relationship-building to foster engagement and progress.

Qualifications

• This role requires qualified teacher status (QTS/QLTS) or equivalent.
• Experience teaching English to KS3 and KS4 students.
• Good understanding of SEMH and additional learning needs (ALN).
• Ability to build positive relationships with vulnerable learners.
• Patience, resilience and commitment to student potential.
• Passion for improving engagement and outcomes in English.

Responsibilities
