Supply Heroes Ltd is recruiting an English Teacher to join an Outstanding Ofsted-rated secondary school located between Lichfield and Burton upon Trent. The role is part-time with Mondays and Tuesdays and starts immediately.

You will deliver engaging KS3 English lessons, with potential KS4/KS5 teaching, plan and assess work, maintain high teaching standards, and contribute to a welcoming school community. Working day is 9:00am to 3:40pm.

Qualifications

Pay: Competitive daily rate, dependent on experience

Supply Heroes are currently recruiting for a talented and enthusiastic English Teacher to join an Outstanding Ofsted-rated Secondary School located between Lichfield and Burton upon Trent.

This is an excellent opportunity to work in a highly regarded school with an outstanding reputation for academic achievement, student behaviour, and staff support. The role is available immediately and will run on Mondays and Tuesdays until Christmas, with the possibility of an extension into the New Year.

The Role

• Deliver engaging English lessons primarily to Key Stage 3 students
• Potential to teach Key Stage 4 and Key Stage 5 classes, depending on experience
• Plan, prepare and assess student work in line with the school's expectations
• Maintain high standards of teaching, learning and classroom management
• Contribute positively to the school's welcoming and supportive environment

The Ideal Candidate

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Experience teaching English within UK Secondary Schools
• Strong subject knowledge and classroom management skills
• Ability to engage and inspire students of varying abilities
• Available to work Mondays and Tuesdays from an immediate start
