TeacherActive Limited. is working with an Outstanding OFSTED-rated mainstream secondary school in Trafford. They seek an English Teacher from October for a long-term, full-time position.

You will plan and deliver engaging English lessons, monitor progress, and maintain high teaching standards in a supportive environment. The role requires QTS English, KS3/KS4 experience, and excellent classroom management.

Job Title: English Teacher Location: Trafford Start Date: October Salary: £160 - £240 per day

Are you a qualified English Teacher with experience teaching across Key Stage 3 / KS3 and Key Stage 4 / KS4?

TeacherActive is proud to be working with an Outstanding OFSTED-rated mainstream Secondary School in Trafford. The school provides a positive and ambitious learning environment, with high expectations for both staff and students.

The school is looking to take on an English Teacher from October on a long-term, full-time basis. The successful English Teacher will be expected to plan and deliver engaging English lessons, monitor student progress and maintain high standards of teaching and classroom management.

The successful English Teacher will have:

• QTS with an English specialism (ECTs are also welcomed to apply)
• Experience teaching English within a secondary school
• Sound knowledge of the English curriculum across Key Stage 3 / KS3 and Key Stage 4 / KS4
• Excellent classroom management
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• A positive and adaptable approach to teaching
