Subject: English at KS3 & KS4 | Timetable: Full-Time & Long-term role

Hays Education is partnering with an Ofsted 'Good' coeducational secondary school with academy status in Leicestershire, serving students aged 11–16. They are seeking a qualified full-time English Teacher to teach across Key Stages 3 and 4. There is a temporary to permanent opportunity for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

1. Deliver engaging and creative English lessons to students in Key Stages 3 and 4.
2. Plan and prepare schemes of work, lesson plans, and assessments.
3. Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
4. Contribute to the development of the department’s curriculum.
5. Participate in extracurricular activities such as sports clubs and school trips.
