English teaching job at a Wolverhampton School, 1 term supply starting after Easter

Your new school
A school based in Wolverhampton is looking for an English teacher to start with them after Easter for 1 term. This school has a good reputation locally with a supportive and inclusive atmosphere within the school. Previous Hays staff who have completed successful contracts have regularly given positive feedback on the school, including its staff wellbeing initiatives.
Your new role

  • Plan and deliver high-quality English lessons to students in Key Stages 3 and 4.
  • Create a positive learning environment that encourages student participation and engagement.
  • Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to students and parents.
  • Work collaboratively with other teachers to develop and implement effective teaching strategies.
  • Participate in school-wide events and activities as required.
What you'll need to succeed
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent - this is suitable for ECTs/NQTs
  • Experience teaching English at Key Stages 3 and 4.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • The ability to work collaboratively with other teachers.
