Engage Education is partnering with a welcoming secondary school in Sale, Trafford, seeking a QTS-qualified English Teacher to join their team on a full-time basis from September 2026.

Plan, mark and deliver engaging English lessons across KS3 and KS4, differentiate learning, monitor progress and collaborate with colleagues to support the English department.

All applicants must hold QTS and a formally recognised teaching qualification, with a valid DBS; full assistance will be provided.

Qualifications

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Has experience teaching English within a UK secondary school.
• Confident teaching English Language and Literature across KS3 and KS4.
• Demonstrates excellent classroom and behaviour management.
• Has a passion for inspiring students and helping them achieve their full potential.
• Possesses a strong understanding of safeguarding and the National Curriculum.
