Job summary

Aspire People in Staffordshire is seeking an enthusiastic English Teacher to join a partner secondary school in Newcastle-under-Lyme from October 2026. The role is full-time, teaching across KS3 and KS4, with a view to longer-term placement.

You should have QTS or equivalent and proven classroom/behaviour management skills. The successful candidate will deliver engaging English lessons, inspire students, and contribute to a supportive, collaborative department.
