Job summary

Veritas Education is currently recruiting passionate English Teachers to work in a variety of secondary schools across Bury and the surrounding areas, with day-to-day, short-term and long-term assignments available and immediate starts.

Roles include teaching English Language and Literature for Key Stages 3 and 4, planning engaging lessons, and assessing student progress. Flexible start dates and ongoing support are provided by a dedicated consultant.

Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Experience teaching English within secondary schools
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one
• A passion for helping students achieve their potential

We have a range of day-to-day, short-term and long-term assignments available, with immediate starts and roles to suit both experienced teachers and ECTs.
