We are seeking an enthusiastic, committed and inspirational English Teacher to join the English department of a welcoming and ambitious secondary school in Totton, Hampshire.

This is an exciting opportunity for either an Early Career Teacher (ECT) or an experienced teacher looking to join a supportive school community where staff are encouraged to develop professionally and make a real difference to students' lives.

The Role
  • Deliver engaging and challenging English lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4.
  • Inspire students to develop a love of reading, writing and literature.
  • Plan and deliver high-quality lessons that meet the needs of students with a range of abilities.
  • Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to support achievement.
  • Contribute positively to the wider life of the school and English department.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to share ideas and best practice.
  • Maintain high expectations of behaviour, achievement and personal development.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
