Job summary

Aspire People Limited in Caerphilly are recruiting an English Teacher for a long-term, immediate-start position in a well-regarded secondary school. You will teach English across Key Stages 3 and 4, plan engaging lessons, monitor progress, and contribute to a positive departmental culture.

You should hold QTS or equivalent, have recent UK secondary teaching experience, strong behaviour management, enhanced DBS on update service, and be reliable and professional.

Qualifications

• Hold QTS (or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification).
• Have recent experience teaching English within a UK secondary school.
• Demonstrate strong behaviour management and classroom organisation skills.
• Be reliable, professional, and committed to supporting pupil progress.
• Hold (or be willing to obtain) an enhanced DBS on the update service.
