Prospero Teaching are looking for a versatile English and Maths Tutor to provide tailored 1:1 tuition to a learner in Wirral.

This role suits an adaptable educator who can develop core skills, build a positive relationship with the learner and make lessons engaging. Requirements include experience teaching or tutoring English and/or Maths, strong subject knowledge, and an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.

Qualifications

• Experience teaching or tutoring English and/or Maths.
• Strong subject knowledge.
• Experience working with children or young people.
• Previous 1:1 tuition experience desirable.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Patient and adaptable approach.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.
• Right to Work in the UK.
• Two professional child-related references.
