Qualifikationen

• HLTA experience or equivalent, with strong English subject knowledge.
• Experience supporting KS3 and KS4 and GCSE preparation.
• Ability to deliver planned activities and interventions.

Aufgaben

• Support delivery of English lessons across KS3/KS4.
• Deliver planned activities to groups and classes as required.
• Provide targeted interventions to improve reading, writing and literacy.
• Help students develop reading comprehension, spelling and grammar.
• Support GCSE English Language and Literature preparation.
• Collaborate with teachers, SENCOs and support staff.
• Create an engaging, inclusive learning environment.
• Follow safeguarding policies and maintain high expectations.
