Job summary

Stagecoach Glenrothes Depot is seeking a dayshift labourer/general assistant to join the busy engineering department. The role offers 38 hours per week with a rate of £13.45 per hour, and meaningful duties keeping depot premises clean and in good order.

Full UK driving licence and PCV licence (or ability to obtain one) are required. The role includes PPE provision, weekly pay, and access to Stagecoach benefits. Location: Glenrothes depot, KY7 5QF.

Responsibilities

• Undertake a wide range of duties to ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the engineering premises and smooth operation of the depot.
• Fuel and wash our vehicles to meet service requirements.
• Fully comply with all health and safety and engineering legislation along with company policies.
• Fully comply with all relevant SSOW.
• Assist supervisors and managers with all ad hoc requirements.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and managers.
• Maintain and develop technical skills as required.
• Practice the highest standards of housekeeping.
