Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading maintenance or engineering teams in manufacturing/industrial settings.
• Strong electrical background and PLC exposure in automated plants.
• Experience embedding TPM or reliability-based maintenance strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a twelve-person Maintenance Technicians team with high capability and engagement.
• Embed and improve the Engineering TPM Maintenance Strategy to shift from reactive to proactive maintenance.
• Manage breakdowns and planned maintenance, deploying internal and external resources.
• Develop and deliver a robust Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) strategy and ensure compliance.
• Drive equipment reliability through standard procedures and performance monitoring.
• Manage engineering data systems with CMMS compliance and data integrity.
• Support engineering and capex projects including installation and commissioning of new automation.
• Own maintenance budgets and control maintenance material spend.
• Manage on-site contractors in line with safety and company policies.
• Conduct risk assessments; ensure HSE standards and environmental compliance.
• Identify and deliver continuous improvement opportunities.
