Job summary

You will lead a small team on shift, carry out PMs and breakdowns, and maintain industrial machinery in a regulated environment, ensuring uptime and continuous improvement across the line.

Qualifications

• Hands-on engineering experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Experience maintaining industrial machinery and performing PMs.
• Previous line management experience on shift.

Responsibilities

Days and Nights Shift

An established and fast-growing UK food manufacturer is seeking an Engineering Team Leader to support a highly automated production facility. This is a key leadership role, combining hands-on engineering expertise with people management responsibility in a busy, regulated environment

Role & Responsibilities

• Majority of the work is hands on
• PPMs and breakdown of machinery
• Responsible for a small team of engineers on shift
• Maintenance of industrial machinery

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

• Level 3 in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• Industrial Engineering background
