Job summary

Pioneer Selection is recruiting an Engineering Team Leader for our client in Chester. You will lead a team of engineers performing planned and reactive maintenance across the plant, with a strong focus on mechanical fault finding and improving equipment reliability.

The role covers hydraulics, pneumatics, gearboxes, pumps, belts and shafts, plus supporting machinery upgrades, installations and continuous improvement projects.

Job Title: Engineering Team Leader

I'm working with a heavy industrial manufacturer looking to recruit an engineering team leader to join their engineering team. You'll be responsible for a team of engineers, carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across the plant, with a strong focus on mechanical fault finding, diagnostics, hydraulics, pneumatics, gearboxes, pumps, belts, shafts. The role will also involve supporting machinery upgrades, installations, continuous improvement initiatives and wider engineering projects.
