We are looking for a hands-on Engineering Team Leader to support our Poultry processing operation on shift. You will ideally be an experienced, time-served engineer who is strong both mechanically and electrically, enjoys being on the tools, and is ready to take the next step into leadership.
As the senior engineering presence on shift, you'll take the lead on day-to-day engineering activities, ensuring breakdowns, issues, and risks are reported, escalated, and resolved effectively. You'll be comfortable making decisions, thinking on your feet, and setting the standard for engineering best practice and discipline on shift.
