Job summary

Hunter Selection in West London is seeking an Engineering Team Leader on a dayshift, Monday to Friday. The role provides engineering support to Production Teams, leads preventative maintenance, and drives improvements to keep lines running smoothly.

You will partner with Operations Shift Managers and senior managers to maintain safety and efficiency. The ideal candidate has proven FMCG maintenance experience, strong leadership, and excellent communication, with a proactive approach to equipment

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in FMCG or similar industry (or equivalent).
• Proven maintenance experience with engineering background.
• Good communicator, decisive, and logical thinker.

Responsibilities

• Provide Engineering support to the Production Teams.
• Carry out preventative maintenance and improvement activities.
• Work with Operations Shift Managers and other senior Managers.
• Maintain a safe working environment, collaborating with the health and safety team as required.
• Support the NFD team with equipment solutions where neccessary.
