Job summary

TipTopJob is hiring in West London for a role focused on providing engineering support to production teams within a fast-paced FMCG environment. The position requires hands-on maintenance experience and leadership to guide maintenance activities and improvements.

The successful candidate will work with shift managers and senior leaders, ensuring safety and continuous equipment availability while driving improvements and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in an FMCG environment, or similar industry.
• Proven maintenance experience.
• Leadership experience.
• Good communicator, decision maker and logical thinker.

Responsibilities

• Provide Engineering support to the Production Teams
• Carry out preventative maintenance and improvement activities
• Work with Operations Shift Managers and other senior Managers
• Maintain a safe working environment, collaborating with the health and safety team as required
• Support the NFD team with equipment solutions where neccessary
