Engineering Team Leader

I'm working with a fast‑paced, growing manufacturer looking to recruit an Engineering Team Leader to join their engineering team. In this role, you'll lead a team of engineers, overseeing planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance to keep production running efficiently. You'll provide technical support, coordinate daily engineering activities, drive continuous improvement projects, and work closely with production to minimise downtime and maximise performance.
