Job summary

Synergi Recruitment is seeking an Engineering Team Leader for a well-known FMCG site near Boston, Lincolnshire. You will lead shift engineers, manage planned and reactive maintenance, and drive uptime and engineering standards.

This role offers a £56,500–£57,000 salary plus a site bonus, overtime, pension, life insurance, and progression opportunities; 4-on/4-off days and nights with a focus on automation and site modernisation.
