Client Server Limited is seeking an Engineering Team Lead (.Net Azure React) in London with a hybrid WFH policy. You will lead a high performing team, own quarterly delivery, and mentor engineers while staying hands-on technically.

You will collaborate with Product, QA and Technical Leaders to align strategy, priorities and execution in a diverse environment, balancing customer outcomes with team health and business needs.

Qualificações

• Experience delivering complex projects with engineering teams.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills, and ability to own the full management remit.
• Commercial experience with C#/.NET and modern Azure-based architecture; React is a plus.
• Customer-focused mindset with data-informed decision making.

Responsabilidades

• Build and lead a high performing engineering team, owning quarterly delivery objectives.
• Mentor engineers, conduct performance reviews and support career development.
