Qualifications

• Electrical and mechanical maintenance experience within an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on maintenance with planned, reactive and breakdown maintenance in a fast-paced industrial factory.
• Proven experience managing or leading an engineering team.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead the engineering team while remaining hands-on with electrical maintenance and fault-finding across automated production machinery.
• Drive maintenance strategies to maximise uptime, reliability and efficiency across the site.
