Pioneer Selection - Manufacturing & Industry Recruitment Specialists in the UK is seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a state-of-the-art, highly automated factory. The role focuses on electrical maintenance, fault-finding and preventative maintenance on automated production machinery, with a strong emphasis on uptime and efficiency.

You will lead and support a team of engineers on shift, driving performance, safety and continuous improvement, and help raise engineering standards

Qualifications

• Electrical maintenance experience within industrial manufacturing.
• Hands-on maintenance including planned, reactive and breakdown activities.
• Experience leading or supervising engineers in manufacturing.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to mentor and coordinate shift performance.

Responsibilities

• Carry out electrical maintenance, fault-finding and preventative maintenance on automated production machinery.
• Ensure maximum uptime and efficiency of equipment.
• Support and lead a team of engineers on shift, driving performance and safety.
• Drive engineering standards across the factory.
